The concept of the video is pretty simple - Pharrell is seen filming a ton of beautiful ladies as they dance along to the catchy beat, while Miley joins in on the action wearing an outfit only she could pull off. Wearing short jean shorts, a white crop top, a varsity jacket of sorts, and high-top sneakers, she looks cute, comfortable, and herself. While Pharrell dons his omnipresent hats in the video.
