
Our Teen Queen is venturing to a singing career! The 18-year old teen star shares her plans to explore and learn new things like singing, dancing, hosting, and taking guitar or ukelele lessons!
Discovering more about herself is Kathryn's focus at this time and having her first self-titled album is the first of many goals that a career-driven young lady has in mind!

"Sweet, young and happy," is how Philippine showbiz' Teen Queen describes her self-titled album.
Her album includes three revival songs - Sharon Cuneta's "Mr. DJ," Cris Villongco's "Crush ng Bayan" and Heart Evangelista's "Love Has Come My Way."
Also included are five original tracks such as her answer to Daniel Padilla's "Nasa Iyo Na Ang Lahat" entitled "Na Sa 'Yo Din Pala," "Ikaw na nga Yata," "K Tnx Bye," "Temporary Deja vu" and her carrier single "You Don't Know Me" composed by singer-songwriter Marion Aunor.

"I'm very happy at excited na ipakita sa kanila kasi very hands-on ako sa album na ito and very thankful ako sa opportunity..." a bubbly Kathryn shared to the press.
She revealed that she enjoyed recording her favorites songs "You Don't Know Me" and "Mr. DJ" because of the feel-good melody, fun lyrics and deep meaning.

The Teen Queen also explains that her single "You Don't Know Me" is about a happy break-up song of a young couple who decided to go into a relationship unprepared which resulted to breaking-up in the end.
Kathryn even mentioned to have always joked around her thought of a dream collaboration with Abra and Gloc-9. But when asked about other dream collaborations, she dropped the names of Gary V. and Angeline Quinto.
