Hope was slowly fading as talks dragged on for about a month, but the biggest and most-awaited fight in boxing history has been finally set! Pound-for-pound greats Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will be having their epic showdown on May 2 at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas!
A couple of weeks ago, Mayweather posted a video of his meeting with Pacman!
The Pambansang Kamao revealed that he had already signed the fight contract and was waiting for his opponent all this time!
Apparently, Mayweather has finally signed the contract so the fight will indeed happen for the world to see! Pacquiao expressed how he felt after reaching a decision together - making things official:
I am very happy that Floyd Mayweather and I can give the fans the fight they have wanted for so many years.

It's going to be one heck of a fight! Both boxers are at the climax of their successful careers and it's an even match! They're not who they were 5 years ago so there's no telling what could happen! Let's wait and see on May 2 at the biggest showdown in boxing history!
