Dashboard Confessional surprised their fans with a new covers only EP titled Covered and Tapes featuring songs from Justin Bieber, The 1975 and more.
The collection contains four acoustic and powerful versions of pop hits Love Yourself by Bieber, Sex by The 1975 and alternative songs Sprained Ankle by Julien Baker and Using by Sorority Noise. The band added an extra minute in Love Yourself, showcasing lead singer Chris Carrabba's vocals set to a beautiful guitar picking.
Dashboard Confessional released a one-off single May last May 2016, seven years after their last album After Ending.
