Paris Hilton says she feels like a "Princess" upon wearing her dress as she celebrated her 33rd birthday.
She loved the dress so much that the socialite managed to avoid the flashing photographers while keeping her flowing dress still under control while walking.
In fact she even posted on her Instagram account, asking her followers if who wore the dress better.
