Indie rock enthusiasts gathered last night to witness the one-night only performance of The National and Youth Lagoon along with Buke and Gase. It was undeniably rip-roaring spectacular as many of their fans hoped it would be!

The night kickstarted with the outré-rock duo Buke and Gase, they played a show of deep, pounding and accelerating music--giving their audience the opening act that they needed.

Following the duo to hit the stage was the breakthrough dream-pop visionary Youth Lagoon. Playing tracks from their 2011 The Year of Hybernation and 2013 Wondrous Bughouse, they epitomized youth in their music's hot pot of emotions. In a way their music reflects the experiences that the youth go through. We can really say that their music transcends many generations of youth hence their apt name.

Last but certainly not the least, the Grammy nominee indie-rock band from Ohio, The National made an amazing performance as the crowd couldn't get enough! Filling the arena with music well-deserving of their nomination,  the venue was packed with energy from start to finish!
